"I thought I was booking with Panther Taxis, yet I see a receipt in my email inbox from “Pumpkin Taxis”. Mum exclusively uses Panther Taxis in Cambridge because at 85 she can feel vulnerable with the unknown. I am confident that Pumpkin Taxis are excellent, it would just have been preferred to know when choosing a vehicle for Mum, that the vehicle wasn’t from Panther. "

"Driver was late by 15 mins as he was not able to find the exact location and didn’t follow the directions provided on the phone. However, he was very well behaved, offered us water & chocolates and provided suggestion on take an alternative route which helped us to save around an hour. Overall very good service except of the delay. "
