"There were problems at Heathrow so he couldn't get into the terminal building in time. He called to let me know what the problem was and I went to the car park and found him. It wasn't the driver's fault.
The only problem I had with using Prima was the last-minute notification of a £60 price hike, the day before my flight. Notification should have been made much sooner."
