"The booking said it included 60mins of wait time. There was a 20min delay with baggage reclaim for the whole flight and while waiting for my bag the driver was ringing me constantly warning me that the parking charges would increase and reminding me my pickup time had passed. I understand the warning but there was very little I could do about the situation and I thought the whole point of including 60mins wait time was to account for situations where there is a delay? I paid the additional parking charges with no complaints but I really didn't appreciate the incessant phonecalls in an already stressful situation especially given I thought waiting time was included in the booking. "

" The requested vehicle was a Galaxy ( as per the website) as we had 5 adults to transport. What arrived was a Prius that had “occasional “ seats in the rear cargo area. It was extremely small and uncomfortable. The driver was 15 mins late which should not have been too problematic as I had allowed a buffer, but the route he took was frankly bizarre. It clearly indicated that he knew nothing about london and it’s traffic pinch points. He followed an in-car gps that had no traffic info, unlike the mobile phone he had on the other side of the steering wheel. He routed Chiswick to Clerkenwell via South Kensington, Piccadilly and Shaftbury Ave!! The journey took an hour, when all apps I checked as we left indicated 40mins. We were late for our booking. On arrival he pulled up round the corner and on the opposite side of the road. I asked him to turn around and pull up outside the restaurant as one of my passengers has mobility issues. He simply moved to the other side of the road and turned to the passenger and invited him to get out. Not wishing to be a problem the passenger did before I could intervene. We then had to walk around the corner to the restaurant, which left my passenger feeling a little unsteady. The driver whilst not discourteous, was totally un-empathetic and clueless about London and it’s traffic. We called an Uber for the return and got a VW Sharan within 3 mins of calling, directly outside the restaurant, a driver that knew his way around so a journey time of 35 mins and it cost £12 less than the first taxi. Won’t be using A4 again "

"Our outward journey went really well. We had 2 passengers and 2 golf bags and 2 cabin bags. The driver fitted them in the car and was dropped off with time to spare. On the return journey the driver was not in the airport and when I contacted them with plenty of time to come to a pick up point he failed to arrive until 40 minutes past the time of pickup. When we contacted the driver we explained that due to an accident one of the passengers was on crutches and was being dropped off by airport assistance to the designated pick up position by the bus stops. He went into the car park and had to pay to get out, then we were told he had left the airport and had to drive up the motorway and back to get back into the airport. It was a total shambles.when we phoned him he said he was in the airport by McDonald’s. He drove through the drop off zone for cars several times. When we got into the car he placed the two golf bags in the boot with the cabin bags and then told us we should have got an estate car."

"Overall the journey and process was very smooth; however, embarrassingly, at the end of the journey, my driver asked for an additional £10 to cover airport parking. According to the Taxicode terms that I had booked, I was under the impression that Meet & Greet was covered in the booking price, including up to 30 minutes waiting time. We met the driver well within that timeframe (around 12.15 for a 12.00 booking) and the driver checked his parking ticket at 12.27, again within the 30 minutes time. Given everything else had gone so smoothly, it was really disappointing to land from a 24 hour journey and be asked for additional cash, particularly after we'd already given the driver a few pounds' tip. It was sheer luck that we were able to root out a £10 note from the bottom of our luggage to save any embarrassment, as we were not expecting to need any cash. Overall, it was a disappointing end to what had been, up til then, a very good experience. "
