He was a bit hard to understand over the phone and I was unfamiliar with the airport so took a few minutes. He then asked me for destination when I assumed he would have all that information."

"The driver was late. I called the office they told me that the car was 10 mainutes away. I offered to meet the driver at set down area to cut the waiting time. The office told me that I could meet the driver in the carpark. The driver eventually turned up approximately 45 minutes after the booked time. I notice that there is a poenalty for every 15 minute that teh passneger keeps the driver waiting. Can you please reimburse me for 45 minute delay. Thank you"

Didn’t make any attempt to even offer assistance with our bags at the destination and left us with out bags outside the hotel entrance in the rain. Not great service by my comparable experiences. "

In fact, he couldn't follow the navigation properly. my concern is for a driver claimed he had 7 years driving experience in London, why did he need a navigation from city to main train station. "
